I also forgot to mention that if the government had invested that money in small business....   the small business would be paying taxes and creating income for the government.   Because as we all know and hear everyday the large corporations do not pay taxes and move their production and head offices out of the country taking the money they make with them. The Small Business money stays and gets spent in the US.
